Mr. Ramesh Suri was a humble personality, legendary industrialist, focused visionary and a recognized business leader of India. He had more than 50 years of experience in the automotive industry. He headed the Suri Group which has interests in Air conditioning system & Automotive components, Education society and Hospitality industry. He pioneered the automotive air conditioning system in India and in squeeze casting technology at Global Autotech Limited. He formed this company with a vision to serve the OEM’s and Major Tier-1 Manufacturers in India & across the globe. Mr. Ramesh Suri is credited with the successful and ongoing expansion of Global Autotech Ltd to facilitate the domestic and export requirements. Through his illustrious business decades, he served the industry as President, Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), and Vice Chairman, CII, Uttar Pradesh State Council. His presence will be missed; his absence makes us more aware to be present to his Vision for the Company. His legacy sustains as his philosophy of "Perfection is never ending journey at Global Auto" continues to be instilled in all of us.

Mr. Yashpal Singh Negi

Mr. Negi is a B. Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering, MBA and also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. With over 39 years of professional experience, he has built a distinguished career in the Automobile, Earthmoving, and Air-Conditioning industries.
He has held leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Hitachi Aircon, JCB India Ltd., LML Ltd. His extensive tenure at Subros Ltd where he served for over two decades, concluded in his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). His expertise spans diverse functions such as Supply Chain Management, Operations, New Product Development, and Localization. His strategic approach and commitment to excellence have earned multiple prestigious awards, including the India Automotive Supply Chain Excellence Award from Frost & Sullivan and recognition from ACMA for supplier development and localization efforts. Most recently, he was honored by M/s StartupLanes as one of the Top 300 COOs in India for 2023 highlighting his leadership and impact within the industry.

Mr. Vishnu Gupta

He is a Chartered Accountant, possessing 20 years’ experience with Indian Corporate houses in managing wide spectrum of Finance and Accounts activities including Investment Controlling, Cost Management, Treasury Operations, Automation of processes, Business plan realization, Direct-Indirect Taxation, Secretarial and Legal compliances, IT & SAP. In past, worked across with reputed manufacturing industries like Sumi Motherson, Jamna Auto, Triveni Engineering & Moser Baer.
